About Peter – Director, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mentor, Business Development Lead

Peter Angelo Asiga Lee is a mentor, athlete, and coach with extensive experience in professional rugby and health and wellness. Passionate about working with youth, he focuses on resilience, accountability, and cultural awareness.

Peter, a lifelong rugby player, has represented Australia in Rugby Sevens and appeared on the NRL Rookie Reality TV Show. As a strength and conditioning coach, he creates tailored programs to optimise performance and reduce injury risk, integrating physical conditioning with mental resilience, ensuring his clients are prepared for the challenges of both sport and life.

Through his leadership, expertise, and dedication to mentoring youth, Peter Angelo Asiga Lee continues to inspire and transform lives, leaving a legacy in both the athletic and broader community.

About Javery – Director, Exercise Physiologist, Program Development Lead

Javery Jerome Gonzales is a mentor, coach, and leader specializing in health, wellness, and performance program development. A qualified Exercise Physiologist, he designs customised health and wellness programs for diverse populations.

Javery supports the Wheelaroos, Australia’s national wheelchair rugby league team, and the Queensland Wheelchair Rugby League team during their Pan-Pacific Tour to New Zealand, focusing on injury prevention and performance optimisation.

Javery’s community impact is amplified through his partnerships with schools, sports clubs, and community organisations. He uses his expertise to create programs that combine physical conditioning, mental resilience, and mentorship, helping youth overcome challenges and unlock their potential.
